So this was a great idea in summer

... this, 2 days before we leave, its absolutely pouring with rain. We will be cycling to london, where rain is pretty much a given. All this in a tent. Like I said, this was a great idea in the summer. But it will be done. Bikes have been packed, return flights have been booked, and I refuse to be outdone by mom and dad in record km on ...

extremely amazing road system around the city with many tunnels that seem to
twist and turn all under the city.

          However
good it is it sure makes it difficult for anyone trying to use a satnav system
          to negotiate the city.

          You
head into a tunnel and of course the satnav system looses the satellite and so
stops telling you where to go. Come out the tunnel and one is faced with a
junction and roads going in all direction. You just have ...

... and decorations are influenced by those cultures. Romansh is the major language of this region. On 9/27 we walked from Sent to Scuol in a little over an hour, then took a gondola to have lunch in a mountain restaurant. We then took a very easy walk to a chair lift which took us down to Ftan to catch a bus back Scuol. Tomorrow we're off to ...

We thought we would see them venturing out into the wilderness to earn another badge, or save someone in distress. No so. After we looked around, took pictures and marvelled at the view, we noticed that they did not venture very far. In fact, as we walked to catch ...
