The further we walked the more eccentric the exhibits became; English street maps of Aberdeen rubbed shoulders with replica models of Mecca, Shisha pipes lay next to piles of genuine leather handbags, the smell of crushed mint leaves and the warm, comforting caresse of spices lingered perpetually in the air.

... took some photos .... a few of the friendly locals liked the look of me!!!

Time for lunch so we found a lovely spot on the edge of the canal and devoured our picnic goodies. It was a beautiful setting and we enjoyed watching the houseboats and other canal traffic. We could have just sat and watched life go by for ages, but time for us to check out and move on!!

... Back in the car, we followed the stunning Gorges de l'Orb and drove through beautiful small towns. Pascal and Camille extended a dinner invitation to us and we were having so much fun, and intrigued by the prospect of rabbit, that we accepted.

Back in Cazouls-les-Beziers the new range had quite the inaugural, we roasted chestnuts, braised rabbit, roasted tomatoes and Camille made chevre tarts.
