... and a walk up to a very old couple of castles ruled by viscount of the area. It proved to be build over even older for timings dating back to pre Christ they believe. A wonderful site and the view was pretty spectacular as usual. Followed by a calm and pleasant walk thru Grosio (not Joe the slacker) then a nice easy meal at Luisa's with much laughter wine and talk. Claudio dropped us off for a well earn treat after finishing typing up the last three days...starting to flag now ...

A blur of activities followed with a huge meal of the usual three courses of cishul made from buckwheat flour mixed with white flour and Parmesan cheese and the usual tonne of butter.
