... we were treated to a ride in the local fire brigades high lift bucket which gave us a fantastic view over Uberdessen the suburb of Bielefeld where the Rosenthal's live. Later in the day Nathan and Traci treated the Rosenthals to an Australian dinner, obviously they were limited to what ingredients they could use and settle for Lady Flo's pumpkin scones for afternoon tea, with dinner consisting of cottage pie, and a couple of quiches ...
... with the eating theme we then progressed onto dinner where we enjoyed a fantastic dinner of roast duck that left all of us, including Kate and Roy going back for seconds.

With the passing of Nathan's dad we have had to change our plans somewhat and have returned to Bielefeld where Traci and the children will stay with the Rosenthal’s until he returns.
