... a little ghoulish, it was interesting to see how the paramedics worked. It appears that they work in teams of three; at least that was the number that attended this emergency. They were well equipped with bags of equipment, and we observed (discreetly, of course) that they administered some kind of intravenous line. 21st-23rd July After Venice, we travelled to Govi's grandfathers house in the country. He has since passed away and the house now belongs to her family. We thought our last 2 nights in a wee country cottage sounded lovely. We arrived very late at night with Everardo explaining Govi's lineage. While sitting there we noticed a bunch of street sellers, we had seen a number selling sunglasses and splat ball toys- but at lunch we noticed a number of men chasing and following people trying to get them to buy knock off purses. After lunch we walked to the train stations, picked up our bags and went to check in at the hotel. It was about 10 minute from the train station, right off of a main route.
