    Beach Paradise

Today started like the last few. An early wake up for me and a nice gentle sleep in for Lisa. Today Lisa was happy to make breakfast and did a wonderful job. The day started cloudy and we weren't sure whether it would be a good day to camp out at the beach for the whole day. We decided to go anyway and the cloud cover soon moved to a beautiful sunny day. The water was amazing and fresh like ice to our warm ...

... theft. A shuttle from Far Out Beach Club was there to pick us all up and take us to the resort. He gave us the key to our "shack" and off we went looking for it. It actually turned out to be not too bad! It reminds me of the yerts in Clear Lake, except not as nice. We were sad to leave the friendly hospitality we received on Naxos island but anxious to visit the famous Santorini island.

... walk from our hotel. The roads are dark and narrow, but we used the iPhone flash light to guide us. We arrived and the place was dead! And it was $15 cover but we managed to get a 2 for 1. The place was awesome. Had a pool inside, overlooked the ocean. But no people! It wasn't until 1:30 am that it started to get busy. The music was a bit if a disappointment though. We walked home and Skyped with Maria who is staying at our house with Charlie. Great way to end the ...

... for dinner, food was ok, but not as tasty as we have been having. The stuffed squid was the best, it sort of exploded when cut Into and was actually filled with feta , so very runny, but super tasty and very fresh squid. They gave us a complimentary shot glass of the citron liquor as well, although this was extremely rough and very hard to drink, smelt like methylated spirits......... I certainly battled, but gave it my best ...
