... head home, once we get to Indian Wells, we are straight in the pool, the water is over 80 degrees and it's over 100 degrees out of the car as well, the pool is very nice indeed. It is a skyline tram that takes you from the valley floor right up to 8575 feet onto the top of the mountain. Very brave I know. But wow it was a magnificent view. We started the day driving to centre of Palm Springs to look for the stars homes, where Elvis, Marilyn Monroe and Frank Sinatra all stayed in the 50s and 60s. Firstly though we decided to stop off for breakfast in what looked like a small, cosy, classic American diner, Billy Reed's.
