    ... windmill was used to grind flour. The volunteers who the staff the mill for visitors still need to take a two year course on the working of the mill before being qualified to run the mill for demonstration purposes. Visitors enter at their own risk, as the tour takes you up four stories into the mill, and depending on the wind can start or stop moving at any time. Tomorrow we say.
