Smells like Cologne
... handcraft stalls, where goods are still produced in the traditional way. Lisa and I bought some hand-painted glass Christmas decorations from one of the booths. Many of the vendors were actually making the crafts at the booth, including the candy cane makers, who were rolling giant balls of sugar dough into candy canes. There were also booths of chocolate, cheese, and bratwurst.

In total we have walked/ visited "seven!" xmas markets in Cologne,, the city has put on a magnificent show.. from the city centre..Cologne is located on both sides of the Rhine River... to the riverside markets.. the visit to this city of one million plus has delighted us...
No hotel accommodation for us tonite.. the overnite train to Prague awaits !! All aboard...

We have these printed in German, French, Italian, Spanish and Maltese.
