... sort, ferment, then dry in the sun for 5 days turning by hand trowel every 30 mins!!!! Then they normally send off non-roasted to their customers. 70% goes to Starbucks - mental!!! Some they do roast, so we went to the roasting hut (it smelt amazing) before going to the shop to bu& try the liquor versions mmmmm! ... well overdue. A little white lie never hurt anyone : ) They agreed it was a pig sty and also knew that without the 'garage' life would be pretty boring in this neighbourhood.
