Today was family visit day at Aunt Silvana and Uncle Luigi's home where we have been enjoying their hospitality all this time while in Veneto. They have been such gracious hosts to us, driving us everywhere we want to go, feeding us many meals of breakfast, lunch and dinner, with plenty of wine and a fine selection of grappa to drink and providing many happy memories of our visit with the family. We are truly blessed to have such kind relatives that give so much ...

We dined with my aunt, uncle and cousin (Ivanno) for a couple of hours, and was lucky enough to catch a few minutes with my other cousin (Walter) before he left for the evening. The meal was a superb Italian home cooked dinner, while drinking plenty of homemade Prosecco.

Today we began the mammoth task of packing and then saying goodbye to everyone as this was our last day in Trentino. I've decided I'm brave enough to have a crack at driving! So I did a little driving yesterday and today I drove us up the mountain to San Martino. Paul forgot to sort out his international license before we left and has been driving without it so I figure its not much different me driving :) ...
