Because of gale force headwinds, the ship did not arrive in Puerto Montt until 11:00 a.m. Tour tenders started about 11:30. Since we were not taking a HA tour, we did not get on shore until about 1:00 p.m. Despite sending 2 emails to the company we had hired for our tour, no one was there when we came out of the terminal.
