... middle of the road means nothing to some idiots. They would race out onto the wrong side of the road then suddenly have to push in about two cars ahead to avoid a head on collision.Twenty miles further and the clowns are still plodding along in the same queue of traffic but only about ten or so cars ahead.

Being on a motorcycle I could have got passed these cars on a number of occasions but I just cannot see the point of risking my life just to get a few cars ...

... our very good friends, Ingrid and Frank Kunstel, was especially amazing. We've known each other for over 40 years, so we know each other well. We have a nice rhythm of traveling and being together. Seeing all this with them, experiencing it together, enhanced every minute.

... that was a nice change and good for me as it is all gluten free! After taking her home for her afternoon rest, we headed back down the mountain to Fiera, and met up with Anna, Nicola and Monica and headed up a different mountain to a beautiful wildlife look out tower, that Nicola (who is Anna's brother and an architect) designed. A Restful 5 Days.....

... Had coffee then walked a few km to a lake, where we had a picnic
lunch, with a school party and many others. Nice place though.


Walked back and then down to the base of the chairlift,
to take the gondala back to the base station. Had a quick look around Calvalese.
Nice enough, nothing special.


Called in at the supermarket on the way back, plus LPG
refill (one and a bit tanks, 0.90 euro per litre). ...
