Today, we went to a beautiful home I Modena where they produce Balsamuc Vinegar over many years. We tasted 7 vinegars that were aged from 15-25 years. They were so unique with subtle differences. They dont sell to shops, but freight to anywhere in the world.

Apparently that includes a fresco ...

... couple and two English women eating there. Then a family of locals who seemed to know the owners well came in. It was two grandparents, parents and two young adult children there to celebrate one of their birthdays. The food all looked and smelled fantastic as it came out. We both ordered lasagne and a side salad. They thought we were odd wanting the salad to come out with the lasagne and not after it. The lasagne were made up individually in each ...

So in we went and stocked-up the fridge which hadn't really been done since we left Germany 10 days ago.....and also the cellar...just as bleeding well too!
It still amazes me though - a shop that would have cost at home almost $600, came in at ...
