... and it was a hot sunny day. We rafted back to town on large inflatable rubber rings through the rapids – was real fun as you can imagine. That night – all of us were buzzing from our trip we got drunk at the guesthouse and joined in with the group karaoke, one local on the bongo – Geoffrey is insane at playing it. ... Russ was getting the hang of it by the time his turn as elephant guide was over. The trek was nice. Elephants plod heavily along very slowly and although we didn’t go far, it took a while.
