Back to Nessebar (more dreadful driving en route. Why do people - mostly in big Mercs - seem to need to overtake whether or not it's safe?) for a shower, and out for dinner. Somehow missed lunch, so feeling hungry now.

Such a hassle with bank cards - we tried 3 today and none worked! Spent ages on the phone checking with the bank, but no problem with them and no evidence that ...

... the liberation of the Bulgarians by the Russians, but you can kind of tell what they think of it by the lack of maintenance. Nevertheless, some nice views.

Back down into town - slowly because of slippy cobbles - and headed for the Ancient Theatre via lunch (another massive salad) and a closed entrance. The actual theatre is amazingly well preserved and still used today. So little outside knowledge of these ...

... leave from here. It was only five minutes' walk. Once we got there, however, a large construction site was where the station should have been. Ah. I suddenly realised why the bus had taken us to a different bus station yesterday. Just to confirm my suspicion, in Bulgarian I asked the lady at the nearby ferry service hut where we should get the bus to Sozopol. "Avtogara Zapad" she said. That's the west bus station. Suspicions confirmed!
