...her attractive.
There are no photos this time but by god there has been drink.
There has been a visit to Salta in the north of this wonderful country.
There has been crazy Irish, amazingly rude Israelis, bouts of intense gastro, flaying dragons, mucho cervesa and new music by Califone and Animal Collective and last but by no means least - Season 3 of the Wire.
That damn show just gets better and better.
My time in Salta was spent, at first, eating the biggest ...
... which is rather convenient; I can walk to most places. I´m sharing the flat with a very nice and friendly Argentinian girl; she´s been receiving foreign guests at her flat for years now so she´s quite used to it.
We went out with some of her friends on Sat night and I got a chance to try one of Argentina's specialties: asado (barbecued meat). It was delicious.

... wichtig.
... our 18 hour bus from Salta and straight onto a 2 hour bus to a remote village in the flat lands east of Cordoba. Once there, La Cumbre, we made another call to the mother and something about a taxi was mentioned and the need for food, other than that, anything could have been said! So we wandered the little village for a while, found all the shops shut - siestas here are taken very seriously and pretty much everything closes from 1pm to 4pm ...
Cordoba, Argentina aliandjon...
Cordoba, Central Argentina, Argentina flitterjahr... church in Rome withdrew their funding. We stayed the night in Jesus Maria, which was surprisingly lively and sophisticated. From here we took a long drive across the mountains towards La Cumbre, also quite swish, where we had a good lunch and then slowly made our way back to Cordoba to wait for our night bus to Buenos Aires.
Cordoba, Central Argentina, Argentina dymphna9817... was pretty crazy because once they anounced the cars and teams on the stage they would drive down and out through the huge crowd of people. I also saw a soccer game and a couple art museums. The hostel I stayed in was really cool, plus I met up with some buddies that I had met before.
Cordoba, Argentina bgibson... dude parallel park his horse and cart. No kidding. Good effort. 2. Old school police motorcycles - What's better than a police motorcycle? A police motorcycle with a sidecar! Brilliant. Check my photos if you don't believe me. 3. Sega Genesis 3 - This videogame bab boy (also known as the Sega Megadrive), was cool back in 1992. Someone forgot to tell Cordoba, because in 2 shop windows you could pick one of these up, with Sonic the Hedgehog game thrown in, for a cool ...
Cordoba, Argentina brettelmer... Once you're hanging in the wall it's actually not too bad, but the initial steps were hell! So now we're chilling at the hostel and later I'm taking the nightbus to Buenos Aires. Pretty excited about seeing this city, heard so much great stuff about it... and opening the Lonely Planet to get an overview of the sights it seems like there is enough to do for another good week or more!
Cordoba, Argentina kattiline... with wide tree lined streets (enormous enshrouding trees like the ones some London street have - I think plane trees?); pavement cafes full of businessmen hatching and bright young things looking bright. But the driving is driving me insane; I have no idea who is meant to give way to whom and most of the time it seems like a complete free-for-all with me stuck in the middle mildly bleating. We are here for at least two nights for car servicing and internet - and of course guzzling
