The rest of our time in Arbatax

... ladies, who while they didn't speak English, did very well at communicating with us. It's pretty amazing what can be accomplished with hand gestures and a few words. I filled out a form they had for me in English, and then they copied what I wrote in the spaces from the English form to the Italian form so they could read it. Luckily things had started to move forward, and I've also heard back from my own bank where a formal investigation has been launched. Things are ...

      Massages, Swimming & Bank Issues

... I had left Brittany. She had gone ahead and got her massage and ever so sweetly changed mine to later that afternoon. I just got changed, did the routine and waited for her in the turkish bath hot tub.

... they offered luggage service in their golf cars (which they drove around far too fast if you ask me).

They escorted us to our region of the resort in a golf cart where we encountered a little bit of trouble checking in because they didn't know how to use credit cards. It was about 6:00am by the time we arrived though and they did have a room ready for us, which we appreciated more than they'd ever know. They also told us that even though ...

      Stuck in Sardinia

... the sight of land behind, I even got to experience seeing dolphins at their best jumping in and out of a wake for quite sometime. We saw some interesting things out to sea, that I am still uncertain of what it was; something fighting in the water to far away to make out; a Li-low just floating; and a heavy rain storm which we were luckily enough to be going around and not through. Corsica, the first sight of land after 4hrs or so, a beautiful mountainous ...
