Our second day and last day here we were hoping for a real clear sunning day, and lucky for us we got it! Heading up to the summit of the alps by cable car and then gondola took about 20minutes. Once we got up there, as you can imagine, the view was stunning. Far in the distance you had a nice clear view of the hills with snow and underneath that the city with the river running through. ... by now but I just have to keep taking more and more. The road down this side of the pass is magical and totally free from ice except for a few small streams running over the road.
The warm sun has dried most of the road and so I decide to open the bike up and have a thrash down the pass. Even though it’s totally dry road surface it’s still full of loose salt which is more like small loose gravel so special care is still needed on the curves.
