Beautiful sunny HOT day. Walked along the village street after a huge brekkie, and then took small motor boat out on the lake, looking at the campers from the outside today! Looked inside the beautifully decorated village church. My good friend Anni and her husband Michael arrived from Munich. Anni and I had been pen-friends since we were about 12, and Anni and I had visited many times in Germany and UK, although Anni has never made ...

... our "emission" status, which had obviously not changed! Then on to Walchsee, beautiful lake surrounded by mountains, in the pouring rain! I had been there many times since my teens and John had been too with me, last on 2006. Met by good friend Sophie and her friend Birgit, and settled into our hotel. ... time. After a while it was ice cream time so the girls and I went off to get some and Jess decided to go for a long swim in the lake. After our ice creams we did some more lazing about in the water although Ruby didn't come back in as the plastic bag didn't really work so she sat and did some painting. After a while there was just Lily and I left in the water and the others all went back to Sven so we stayed in a bit longer and then followed them. We ...

... but they just said, nein das ist gut. We bought them a couple of beers to say thank you for all their help. It's funny the way the other responded to the sight of blood, it got them very excitable wanting to see the cut and the blood and to make sure Ruby was alright. Lily started yabbering away 19 to the dozen and gave Ruby a picture she had drawn and did a collage on Pic Collage (an app on Ipad) with pictures of Ruby, Olivia ...
