... The strings are thin and braided a bit, but very much have the texture of a stringy mozzarella. I noticed that local honey seemed to be a big thing as well, but am always concerned about regulations regarding bringing honey across international borders.
I did however, get to taste some of the Slovakian local alcohol, which seemed to be made from honey. I also grabbed a couple of pastries on my way out. One was basically some sort of pbj-heath ...

... plus it went round the hill. Arrived at the station at 10 to 9 and our train wasn't even on the board. It was so hot inside, we went outside and sat on a bench under a tree for 20 minutes. The train was due to leave at 9.39 and the platform didn't go up on the board until almost 9.35 - there was a stampede then! ... dressed up (yet still all drunk.. going on their fourth day strong.) with slacks and bow ties. We went out to dinner (Sam, me, and the whole team..) and celebrated one of the guys birthday's. I don't want to get too into details but we got maybe 40 minutes of sleep before getting on a plane heading back to Italy..

Although there aren't many pictures to post this time around, this was easily the best weekend Sam and I have had.

... a chocolate fiend like myself? The main counter is full of individual chocolates, hundreds of them. Who could resist right? But the place specialises in hot chocolate and we just couldn't turn it down. ... t avoid thinking that Europe is massively overpriced at times. I had breakfast and met two very nice Dutch guys.
