      ... at all the places we visit. We decided that we would go topless and fit in with the locals, for this trip! We later went for lunch and they had CHEESEBURGERS! I for sure got one along with a pina coloda! Yummy! Stephanie had to choke down her margarita because it was straight tequila and Jenna was choking on leaves in her Mojito.       ... and moved on to climb down towards Corniglia. The hike was pretty tiring, but the views were magnificent, the temperature was perfect for exercise, and weather was cloudy with patches of sun, so not brutal in the slightest. It was probably a two and a half hour hike, and definitely not for the weak-kneed, but I say it was worth it. There were even more stairs down to Corniglia’s train station, and then we enjoyed a smooth ride ...

      ... adjacent café to enjoy the show. The bride & groom soon appear, everyone cheers, the bouquet is tossed and the happy couple embrace and kiss. Photographs and congratulatory hugs follow, and the wedding party departs for the olive grove. We finish our coffee - feeling privileged to witness the occasion - and move on.

      We went to Viareggio a town 20km away on the beach today as the temperatures are truly crazy and a heat wave is in full force.
      I have never seen so many beach umbrellas the whole way was lined with little cabanas, bars, umbrellas and deck chairs. You of course have to hire them and they were quiet reasonable for a days hire. So we just chilled out and relaxed. I seem to have caught a cold or flu so it was nice to do nothing for the ...
