... etc. We found a cute shop with lovely lime green top – but my breasts were too big (!!!!) for the one size fits all. Maybe it was a kid's top! However I did buy a nice scarfe/poncho. We eventually found Craig and John and then Craig and I promptly lost Lesley and John for ages.

After ages we found them in Piazza Michele and we had a lovely lunch at the Dante Inferno restaurant again – everyone enjoyed their meals again ...

We made it to Italy!

... is a full-sized replica of Michelangelo’s David, along with multiple other statue replicas.

We walked on to the Ponte Vecchio bridge known for centuries for gold and silver shops. We had some gelato and spent some time in the square by the Church of Santa Croce. We then returned through the Tuscan countryside to Livorno and our ship.

We’ve love Italy so far and look forward to Rome ...

... buying the 3D puzzle of the tower when I was younger. It's so funny watching all of the crazy tourists around trying to pose with the tower like they are holding it up. Unfortunately the downside of solo travel is that if you want a photo of yourself YOU have to take it or trust someone with your camera (which I don't, I'm not too interested in passing my iPad off to some random). Anyways, as you can tell my attempt at the Pisa photo shoot with myself ...

... 2 beautiful daughters... and we have each is amazing to think that this time last year to the very day, April 15th, we were only beginning our adventure, to live our dream, and now, this particular phase of it is over...but it is not finished...we will indeed miss our beloved Lucca, Brunella and all the wonderful things we did & people we met, but we will continue 'Living the Dream', every day and be thankful, for everything) with all our love, Mary & Michael xxxxx

... It turns out that the girl that was trying to get off the plane, Sara, is a regular visitor to the area, and her family has a farm house just outside Lucca. Sara gives me lots of tips, none of which I shall remember, apart from; to buy the local farmer's olive oil and the Monte Carlo wine. There, I did well remembering!
