Riding buses and walking on lava

Whales and Waves
... bathroom. It hasn't gotten better than this, and I'm not
sure if it will. This "hotel" has a restaurant/bar attached where we've
spent a great deal of time. Everyone here dates or is an
American. So many surfers we've met have had children with their Costa Rican
girlfriends and are now here to stay forever. And they don't seem upset
about it. They surf, give surf lessons, and raise their kids
happily (who also surf).
