... other at the terminal. I buy a ticket, €96.50 for me and the bike. The ferry at midnight for the 19 hour crossing. I while away the hours in a cafe that has internet. They are showing a Premier League game live. Man City win at Villa with two late goals.

... a service in Yacht club. If they are seen to be demanding or perceived as treating the staff like slaves they have the right. People who stay in yacht club have the right to get the service they want - this made me feel sad and all of a sudden staying in yacht club lost its appeal. I don't think I could watch rich people treat staff like slaves.
Next stop was the laundry. This zone was very interesting except the MSC receptionist Anna conducting the tour ...

... too was it was a sandy beach that stretched for kilometres in each direction. Coming at off peak times has been wonderful as sites are nearly empty. During summer it seems the place is so loaded with sun lounges it’s hard find any real estate. Instead, we were greeted with local dogs running riot up and down the sand. With the cooler weather by the beach this has meant mosquito overload. Fine for me, but Laura is getting mauled nightly.

... part was an unreal blue colour (like bubble-gum blue cordial!). The winds suddenly picked up though, with a storm brewing as we returned to shore, giving us waves reminiscent of boat trips at Broughton too! After that, we decided to drive up to xxxx. The views are apparently amazing, so we set off up a zigzagging road that narrowed as we climbed. By the time we reached the top, I was worried about how to u-turn and get back ...

... in one cabbie’s face when he quote 50eur to go the 2.5 kms - got it for 11eur - still I guess he had to try! Tonight I have booked us into an Italian restaurant here on the ship instead of going to the main dining room and we are looking forward to relaxing there. Tomorrow we arrive in Rome - we are going to visit the Colosseum - have been to Rome twice and never got to go there so that will be interesting. Till then, take care everyone, ...
