          Our "rest" day was fun today its time to head south towards Barcelona. I actually slept a solid night last night for the first time and slept in a bit. So got down ready to go for breaky and to load up the bike. We did our briefing in the parking lot and Martin and Roger gave us some neck warmers tres cool.           ... it is recommended you park and catch the Cremallera de Monserrat. I know it sounds delicious, but it is really just a railway that takes you up the mountain to the monastery. Not for the faint of heart I might add, as the Cremallera goes straight up the mountain with a sheer cliff on one side. Don't sit next to the window if you are afraid of heights!
