Left for belgium this morning. Just entered the french speaking country and I read about some caves in liege, belgium that I will try to find. And then onto brussels.. an intereting thing in europe is all the public bathrooms cost money to use... here are some pictures of the roads. The sign that looks like a ghost busters sign means theres no speed ...

On Sunday, we embarked on our journey from Kaiserslautern, Germany to Brugge, Belgium. We had a scheduled FIVE trains to get us to our destination. After misinterpreting our first itinerary and missing the very first train, we were able to catch another train to get us back on track towards Brugge. We start shedding layers of clothing as the sun slowly starts to thaw us out - then cook us! The start of the race, Ricciardo holds his position and Vettel moves up. In the first few laps, Hamilton and Rossburg in 1st and 2nd place have a collision, enough to need to both pitstop and put them back in the field. It wasn't to be. They had sold out! Bugger. I told Andy that we needed to buy one before the race tomorrow as I wasn't prepared to risk being as wet as we were tomorrow, so we agreed to look for one in the stands outside the circuit gate.

... we sat out front with them chatting and having a few drinks - sheltering under a tree when a few drops of rain threatened.

Cooking dinner as we chatted, steaks and some herb potato chips fried in the pan, it was nice to be social. I know Andy enjoyed the company of some guys after 7 weeks of only his wife!
