Left for belgium this morning. Just entered the french speaking country and I read about some caves in liege, belgium that I will try to find. And then onto brussels.. an intereting thing in europe is all the public bathrooms cost money to use... here are some pictures of the roads. The sign that looks like a ghost busters sign means theres no speed ...

... evening. We ended up being stranded in a town in the middle of Nowhere, Germany and ended up staying the night in an odd little inn. We got up early the next morning to catch a 6:30am train and were back on our way. After a full 24 hours of traveling, we finally reached our hostel and were able to check in to our rooms at long last. It was a total fluke of a stop and although we never intended to, we added a pin in our map somewhere in northern Germany.

It's three laps to go and we're sure Ricciardo has enough of a lead to be safe. We pack our chairs and bags and start running through the forest to the main straight, hoping to make it in time to cheer for Daniel on the podium. We make it down to see him on the podium on the screens, but our bronze 'peasant' tickets don't give us access to the track and podium. We stand on a bench to see over a fence and shout support ...

... has refused to take his this morning. Rookie error! Even our waterproof soft shell jackets, my rain coat and cap couldn't protect us without an umbrella. Before long we retreated with 1000s of other punters into the forest for refuge, wiping hailstones from our hair.
