Even though the area was fairly nice, just across from the beach and a bar next door and some little food places we got a room that had no AC and it was ridiculously HOT. I mean it was suffocating and the Ceiling Fan did nothing to help. I went outside late at night as it was slightly cooler. I had to shower several time during the night to keep cool. Sleep was must unrestful. The hotel did try to keep its rooms clean and I would not complain on that part. The restaurant/bar was also nice...expensive but nice to sit and relax. If you stay...get a Room with AC. It would have been much better if we did.

... the mooring I was still proud of us all for getting back there. I had to keep getting us all to ascend a little bit though because we only had about 8 minutes of time left before we would have hit our no deco time (not good). So after we'd washed all of the gear when we got back I went on a mission to get my bike back that was still locked to the shop! Thankfully Dan who owns Coconutz had some bolt cutters so I finally managed to get my bike back! Yay no more ...

... bend I got wrong once (mostly because of floating ropes) and the rest I did basically fine. Apparently I'm still pulling on the wrong lines to tighten it but at least I'm actually doing them semi right now. I then had to do the lift bag, I'm still not getting this quite right as I didn't make it buoyant enough before trying to go up. I'm actually starting to enjoy search and recovery more now though, it's actually quite a fun course really. Tonight we were all going to go back ...

      Playa Flamingo

Mamatica and her daughter gave us a ride to San Jose to take the bus to Playa Flamingo and it's a good thing because the bus station had moved and we had to really ask around to find it. Still, we got there plenty early. A family was also there early and one little girl really stared at me. Every time Kim got up, the girl came over to stand next to me, but would scurry away when Kim came back. On the bus she spent another hour staring at me. Otherwise, the bus wasn't horrible but it ...

This was an awesome tour for the price. You got to drive your own ATV at least 30 minutes each way along the beach dirt roads and even highways through town.

Then arrived at the zip line place for 12 fabulous zip lines. I even had the opportunity to go upside down and superman on the zip lines. It was so awesome.

At the end of the zip line tour it ended at the monkey ...
