Hotel Brahmaputra Ashok Guwahati

It is a truly a stunning country. Every time we left to go somewhere we knew the journey there and back would be amazing let alone the destination.

5am on our last day in Bhutan and off we set for a 6 or 7 hour trip to the border. Yet another conversation with security at royal guesthouse and we could go past but v v quietly. We couldnt wake the king up!

I love the Dominican republic we just got back
and it was fantastic. We stayed at this beautiful luxury villa in Cap Cana
called Villa de Cap Cana. It was amazing! We had a private pool and wonderful
ocean views. If that weren’t enough we were on the 14th hole of the Punta

On the way to Guwahati airport, we stopped by to visit the Balaji temple. It had typical South Indian architecture and was made from white colour stone. It's sprawling complex and the towering gopurams captivated our minds. We also went to the Khadi Showroom and ...

... weaving techniques, etc. were displayed and Assamese villages were replicated with huts, beds, etc. There was also a painting and photo gallery which took us back in time.

... hotel and Landmark Woods is its subsidiary. It was as luxurious and comfortable as Landmark Woods. We went to Kamakhya temple and had a darshan of the goddess. ... in the middle. One felt like they were transported to a location of Yash Chopra movies. The place was so serene and untouched by pollution! We took many photos and video here. The street dogs here are quite handsome since they are furry due to the cold climate. They look like pedigree dogs.

... 50. Kasi is the name of a local tribe in Meghalaya. One can get their photo taken if they have a camera. I was tempted and shelled out 50 bucks for the dress, headgear and jewellery. I also took my photo.

Another some magnetic height mats (energise yourself!). Oli and I bought samosas off the man selling them, served with a green spicy paste, yum.
