After a full 24 hours of traveling, we finally reached our hostel and were able to check in to our rooms at long last. It was a total fluke of a stop and although we never intended to, we added a pin in our map somewhere in northern Germany.

... gates, then on another 1.5kms to our position on the inside of the circuit. Only problem was that 10,000 other people had arrived at same spot even EARLIER than us!

We walked around the hill far enough to find a spot, just on the edge of a hill to set our chairs. With a tv screen directly in front, views down a straight, into a corner and then back across to the main straight and grandstands in the distance, we were quite pleased with our find!
