Rode a tough 110 miles into Sedalia but we were rewarded with one of the funniest friendship visits yet. It was over 110 people and a dance party! We buggies all night long and one of the caregivers told me that this event was looked forward to as much as Christmas. It makes me happy knowing we can have such a positive impact on ...

Sedalia is where Scott Joplin lived ...

The day started out with breakfast of pancakes, sausage and scrambled eggs. The pancakes were catered by a place called Chris' Cakes. What he has done is build a rig that pours out four pancakes at a time and is on runners over a large hot griddle so he pours four pancakes then ...

... windows. We have two in the bedroom and one in the living room. Personally I think one of the ones in the bedroom is useless since it is over the vanity, under the TV. But at least there is an extra one. Today was the day the organization honored all the volunteers who worked hard to put this gathering together. Not sure what they did other than introduce some of them at the assembly tonight. Tonight's entertainment was a singing group THE MARLIN'S. they were ...
