We went to a rather large German Carnival on the last night there, and it was pretty impressive, especially with its crazy, never-ending selection of sausages, strange pastries, beer, and pretty much everything else ...

The route starts in Cuxhaven on the North Sea, just northwest of Hamburg, goes through Germany and Switzerland and ends in Prague on the Vltava which joins the Elbe, about 980 km away. Part of it falls together with the EV7 of the EuroVélo network. We cycled part of the EuroVélo 6 and 15 on our last trip.
