    Today we set off on a countryside tour of Amsterdam on bikes! We joined up with 11 other people (from Canada, Ireland and Australia) and our guide Stuart and set off onto the wild and crazy streets of the city.     ... the history of Amsterdam, the water ways, making and living in the houses - I never realised the Dutch where so clever lol. Riding over over all the canals and the type of bikes they have here has really made my trip.
