A dazed day in Elba.
... home of Napoleon. The island is small and can be circumnavigated by vehicle in a day. Unfortunately we did not explore to much of the island but did have a chance to stroll around the little harbour, the home to many yachts small and grand. I particularly liked seeing the rows of local fishing boats their bright colours offering old world character. Greens, blues, reds and whites vivid in contrast to the sea water and sunshine, as the locals bought the daily catch, helped ...

Back to the Morrills...Some time ago, when we told our friends Mike and Mary Page about our trip, Mary Page immediately said she was meeting us somewhere. I didn't doubt her for a second, but as the trip got closer, she hadn't told me of any definite plans, and I didn't want to be pushy, so I quit ...
