    ... our room, then set off to walk to to the lookout where the sled rides start. But the rain soon got too heavy and we were drenched, so we returned to our room. After lunch in our room we decided that with the weather so bad, we would take the opportunity to use the Hotel's pool and spa.     ... in Salzburg was too short to go to the castle so yes to coffee at Starbucks and watching the crowd go by in the main shopping street. Then the really interesting part of the day began . It was a drive of over 200 miles through the alps! Amazing views of the mountains in the Juhan Alps, the eastern end of the Alps.     ... water! However after a lot of walking through fallen leaves and dense forest our track came to an abrupt end and we realised that we had taken a slightly wrong turn! After the slight hour detour (!), we made it back on track, up the right side of the river and eventually reached the Slap we were looking for - a tiring find but worth the effort! With some light still left, we powered home, hoping to stop in at Ribcev Laz ...
