    ... soup. The next course was chicken and other meat, vegetables, corn. For dessert there was apple cake. Where we sat there was a big painting, and it was really dark and they had candles.     ... first. There is actually a second lessor known castle situated right beside.

    Those on the bus had to pay 23 Eu for the two tickets today to Linderhof and Neuchswanstein. I had bought my pass for 24 Eu so it had already paid for itself today plus all the other castles I could visit.

    ... we couldn’t find it in time. We managed to find an awful lot of cow poo on the road but not the shop. There is a silver lining though, when we eventually did find it not too long after closing time, we realised what the information booklet may have meant by 'fresha milk‘ – milk straight from the cow!!
