Then we headed back down into the town through some lovely narrow alleys again, all cobbled and quaint, decorated with a few plants and cafes. We stopped at a restaurant alongside the marina for a drink when it began to rain a little. Buckwild in Stalingrad
We were supposed to head to Hvar and then Vis for the next two nights but sadly we couldnt. After the Perfect Storm the harbour was apparently not a good place for our itty bitty boat. So instead we headed round to the other side of the island for a couple of nights at Stari Grad. It wasn't the biggest town in the world ut it did have character. Some Ups and Downs
... of Hvar and Brac, the two islands on which we have been cycling, is up and down. The marina or harbor area of the towns is the only flat land around. In some cases, the hill drop right down to the harbor so the only way into or out of the town is on a hill.
