Thankfully it disappeared quite quickly....So headed south into Romania, did the backroads again but as that part of Hungary is quite flat is was a tad boring....

... have a bunch of leftover food. One of the hostel people helps me peel the potatoes, which was cool. We peeled them with a knife since we didn’t have a peeler, which was an adventure, although not particularly hard.



I hung up my clothes to dry again, as a few of them hadn’t quite dried from the day before. I ended up skypeing with my parents for about an hour and a half to two hours after that, and then I think I read some of my books ...

I popped in to the Roman Catholic Cathedral for a quick look. They have a big gate barring the entry into the Cathedral proper, but you can still see the whole area. It's VERY Baroque, but otherwise pretty decent looking. Across the square is the Orthodox Cathedral. Day 7: Today we continued on our travels and today we are going to Timisoara. When we got there we went to Gradina Zoologica Timisoara. It was a nice zoo and we learnt lots about Romanian wildlife. We saw bears, deer and many other animals. We really enjoyed ourselves. After lunch we went on a boat tour of the Bega River. The scenery was really nice and we really enjoyed ourselves.
