Now, to find the church. Back to the underground, a station or two change lines and yes, we should come out at Sagrade Famili. Yes, we did, and wow... ...

There's a kind of low hum in the background which I would attribute more to the airconditioning than the actual ship engine. Seems like it's going to be a comfortable cruise.

We were made to feel welcome no matter where we went. There are so many examples: ...

... of Justice and on to the Parc de la Ciutadella. Upon entering the gates, I could see a golden chariot just rising above the palm trees and suggested we head in that direction. As we came through the trail, we entered a large plaza at the base of an enormous cascade, topped by the magnificent gilded chariot that emptied into a large pool. The plaza was filled with locals enjoying the beautiful day. Immediately inside the plaza was a gazebo where couples were dancing, ...

... attempts to find a store we hit the jackpot with the Bike Gallery. We have never seen a bike store as large, stocked with so many brands or with its own indoor test track. No problem with bike boxes! They have lots. We carried a couple back to the metro, onto the port bus and back onto the ship. That's one task we didn't have to worry about as we would now be able to spend our time riding in the next 3 ports of ...
