... blag my way in, taking advantage of the Japanese strange desire to be helpful at all times. It's a glorious day. Hot and dry. A bit cloudy but not humid which is incredible! I walk a different way so I dint have to battle the giant insects that hover over the bridges. I tried swatting them away with my brolly (yes. I know have a brolly. I've never ever used on at home. ... t happen in a hilton. Berlin - amazing a room of 16 beds and I saw no one, everyone was polite and quite, I made friends in the lounge and they fed us each night for free. Soup mainly and sometimes sausage but always with really good bread. And here I am in japan. Still my love of hotels was strong,the first night was in a hotel by the airport. 4 stars, lovely room, bath. Telly. And a pool. Well worth the giant reduction I had on the room. ... I wasn't going to bump into anyone but who am I to argue with a man with a sword. The only good thing in this town done I go for the second best. Shopping and food. Wow it's like high street. 100 yen shops and arcades. I turn a corner and find actual shops including a kimono shop. They are so beautiful I want to look at them all day, I've chosen a beautiful children's outfit for Dakota but am too scared to ask if any would fit me. I'm going to Kyoto so ...

Once I was done at the Cafe, I made my way back to the apartment. The walk there was very relaxing since I was walking parallel to the castle walls, and I was surrounded by trees. I actually stumbled upon an Inari Shrine. Inari is a fox Deity in the Shinto religion. Since it was after hours I literally had the place to myself. A great find after a very productive day.
