... instead of letting it go to waste. The main attraction on the island was a salt lake in the middle, which was “so warm to swim in”. When am I going to stop falling for that line? The water was freezing!! So I spent the day lying on in the sun on a nice flat rock, reading, napping and watching the fish swim by - no loss there. ... nature of the blue algae in the cave we were not allowed to swim but we got some great photos.

Back to our boat for our lunch. I had tuna, JR had chicken that tasted like tuna & Loretta went with the vegetarian. We all shared bits and pieces of our meals so nobody starved, but the food was not very good or downright awful as one of the DIva boys proclaimed.

Yesterday evening we arrived in this beautiful city perched on the Adriatic Sea.It too suffered dreadfully in the war of the ninetys,although I have to admit I was really unaware of how much. Fortunately it was declared a UNESCO site so the funds were forthcoming to repair the damage.
