    ... paying top dollar for high season rooms.

    We called in on the agent later in the day and were assured that all was OK.

    Thursday morning we got up and went for a swim as usual and after breakfast, Sue packed everything up in the suitcases, whilst I cleared away the dishes and disposed of the rubbish etc.

    Today we set sail for Makarska. Everyone was well rested cause we all had an early night before. We didn't stop for a swim break cause the captain wanted to get there early to see his family.     - spent the day being lazy! Tanning and sailing - stop was in makarska , went to the party in the cave called deep -Al forgot money, I could have killed her in the club. Ran back to get more, she brang 10 kuna not 100.     ... br> We spent the hours walking through the narrow streets in the Old Town which is walled similar to Dubrovnik but on a much smaller scale. Pokie stopping every 5 metres to take a photo, Maree waiting patiently and Tara and Brendan spent the day together doing their own stuff.
    There are quite a few Australians on the island and heaps of other nationalities. Oh and lots and lots of pussy cats.

    ... while it continued to be cloudy and gross outside. With our sea view we could tell the ocean had white caps and there was no sense venturing down to the town in this weather! The one venture to find a market found us getting both soaked AND lost. The next morning we decided to try and make the most of our day here.
