I arrived in Bilbao and got the Biskaiabus to the Plaza Moyúa. From there I got the Metro to the Casco Viejo which is where my hotel was. When I came out of the metro station I saw one of the Kukuxumusu shops. They sell t-shirts with really cool designs. I bought one, an orange one with lots of sheep on I think. Anyway, after that I walked around trying to find my hotel. Eventually I found it and checked in.

On Sunday I woke up at 10am. I then spent a while wandering round Bilbao looking for some breakfast. After two days in the little town of Loarre, we moved on to the Rioja "wine country". We stopped for lunch in Haro, but then decided that we weren't going to stay there for the night. We drove from Madrid, got a bit lost trying to find Lurdea. We thought it is a name of a village but it is not it is just the name of the Hotel/Casa Rural.
The place is amazing. Located in the hills above Bermeo, with magnificent view of the ocean. It is clean (like really clean) and has the air of a relaxing boutique hotel.
