Early start and we were off the boat just after 7.30am. We taxied onto the old town and things were just starting to open when we got there so we had some breakfast. ... It overlooked the olive groves and the nearby Lago di Varno. After check-in, we sat on our veranda, sipped wine and watched the sunset on another lovely day. Later we went to the hotel's restaurant, where we had a lovely dinner.

The blue sea continues to hit against the soft rock at the base of the cliff, creating more openings which will change the Cliffside again many, many years from now. It is not as colorful as Positano' s. village view but still beautiful in that it reflects the simple lifestyle and the wonderful humanity of the people who live here.
