... covered in salad dressing. I am starting to look like a vagabond! Free car museum on route - all sorts to see and lots of juke boxes. Billboards advertising "Free 72oz Steak". I think if you eat it all without throwing-up, you don't have to pay. I do not feel like attempting that challenge. That's 4.5lbs of meat!!!! Starting to get fidgety and bored in the car. The Texas prairies turned to farm land with acres and acres of corn, great pastures with cattle, and that other thing that they do in Texas…oil. ...

... goodbye. It was 1pm when we left to head back to Farmerville. Ran into a thunderstorm, so went from 104 degrees to much cooler and getting drenched. The sunroof began leaking, so water was dripping down all over Marie first, then me. We had plastic bags over our lap s to try to keep dry. When the storm eased we continued on our way and came into a ...

... a chilly 30-something degrees. Stacy and her sister, Stephanie, greeted us warmly - Stacy gave up her room for us so we could sleep inside, we enjoyed hot showers, and they had a variety of drinks and snacks waiting for us. We had a hilarious evening filled with these beverages, dinner from Prine’s BBQ (yum - I am going to attempt to recreate that potato salad one day if I ...
