Hotel Best Western Victoria Benidorm

Just got back from a week at the Hotel Victoria and was very impressed. Good location close to the Old Town. Hotel was spotless and staff very helpful. Food was excellent and no rush. The pool was rather small and nothing for children to do. Mainly Spanish clients although we went with Thomson. Will definitely stay there again.

Just returned from another great holiday at this hotel. Comfy, warm, very good food, particularly good breakfast choice and salads. All staff are very helpful and friendly but never over familiar. Nothing is too much trouble. Stayed over half term, but very few children - very welcome. A lot of spanish guests, again very friendly. Fully intend to return next year - as near perfect as possible!

My fiance and I really enjoyed our long weekend on the beautiful, quiet beach we found in Benidorm. The hotel was clean and quiet, although our room was a bit dark. The street outside was a bit noisy, especially after midnight, but that's Benidorm, don't go if you want total quiet! The location was good, it was easy to get everywhere from the Victoria and it certainly looks nicer than other hotels in the area. The weather in mid-May was beautiful but you wanted your cardi on in the evening.

Just back from a 4 night stay which we thoroughly enjoyed. The hotel is clean, the rooms are well furnished and our room on the 17th floor had a great view over the town and sea.

Breakfast was good and plentifull with a wide choice. My only gripes are that the Orange juice seemed to be Orange squash and the coffee was undrinkable. Other than that I have only praise.

Its in a nice area with lots of bars and restaurants locally

a great hotel for comfort,food, and location.The only downside of our stay was we did not have the best of weather, but there is always something to do in benidorm whatever the conditions. We dropped on the fiesta week,lots of very loud music until very late,one night it was on until 4.ooam and the fireworks were of bagdad standard as far as noise was concerned, the explosions echoed around benidorm at all silly hours of the day and night, but still it was a good stay...can recomend this hotel to anyone. maurice & Lyn Blackpool.

Just returned yesterday from the Victoria Hotel in Benidorm. What a beautiful hotel - very clean and good sized rooms, excellent maid service, very easy on the eye hotel. Food was much much better than I expected. Stayed half board and found that if anything need to be eaten at lunchtime it was very little. The variety and quality of food was excellent and the length of sitting times was very good 7:30 till 10 in the morning and again for the evening meal. Dont worry if you come down to eat late - as quickly as the food is eaten it is replenished. Would certainly stay here again. Staff very good and very polite. Any bad reports about this hotel I can only say that whoever writes them must be very very hard to please!

We have not stayed at a hotel for many years since becoming timeshare owners. For a special occasion I decided to book a long weekend at the Hotel Victoria and can thoroughly recommend it. Upon arrival we were made to feel extremely welcome. I had booked 3 rooms, they varied in size and style but we could not fault them in any way. The helpfulness of all staff made for a very enjoyable time and we cannot wait to return again very soon for a longer stay.

Although the Hotel is nice, I was disappointed with some aspects. The reception staff are cool to say the least, the hotel parking was appauling and the lifts completely unacceptable. I do not call a thirty five minute wait to get to reception fitting for a four star hotel. We ended up bringing the suitcases down the stairs. All this said, the food was excellent and the restaurant and bar staff a real asset to what is otherwise a very average hotel.

A fantastic hotel.I have visited 5 times,and have booked again for Feb 2004.The rooms are large,carpeted and furnished to a very high standard.All double and twin rooms have sea view with a large balcony.If you book half board my advise is to have the lunch and eat out in the evening. The lunch menu is better than evening menu.One more tip-beware the top floor rooms as the laundrette is above you and it can be noisy.BOOK IT AND ENJOY!!

This is by far the best hotel in Benidorm, and across the street you`ll find Hotel Royal, wich is the second best hotel in Benidorm, excellent service and a very capable staff. Excellent food and beautifull rooms.
