    ... is now doing all of Knotts preserves..bahumbug! Nothing real anymore.. Needless to say we did NOT buy any Knotts .(. I mean Smuckers ) goodies. I hope the chicken was real .. Because it was scrumptious:) We were So hot by then we headed home (home is where the RV is these days). Took naps & I went & picked up Maggie May. SUNDAY ANOTHER WALK DOWN MEMORY LANE...     ... for Monday night. We got to thinking about the drive and home, and decided to see if we could change our reservations to Sunday night, leaving a day early from here. So we did, and the hotel could accommodate us for Sunday night. Mac and Josie were very glad to be leaving early – they are a bit homesick and really missing their friends and our pets.

    ... na´ve we were, as there were probably as many Cardinal fans at the stadium as there were Padres fans. Whodathunk?

    Mark had found front row seats through Stub Hub, right down the third base line. Our first clue that things might be different was that they had taken down all the batting practice screens. No BP baseballs today. Groups of kids were walking the field and no players were to be seen.
