... Evidently the road traffic to KL is supposed to peak today at about 1.00. Normality returns tomorrow. We have been zapping around on the 101 and 102 buses,it is a good service,the buses are modern and cheap.It costs approx .80 cents to go to GeorgeTown from here.We cannot complain about that. ... at Batu Ferringhi in the main tourist area. We had a whistle stop tour of the botanical gardens, with the chance to feed peanuts to more monkeys. It was a shame as we would have liked to spend more time there and visit the waterfall. ... Chinese cuisine has been integrated with Malaysian specialities and overtime made a unique number of dishes that are not easily copied outside of Penang let alone Malaysia. We had read the food was amazing and after eating our own body weight in curries and noodle dishes over the past 4 days we certainly agree that Penang has provided some of the best food of the trip so far.
