... Lion Monument just a few blocks away from our hotel. Carved into the rock, it depicts a lion on his side, dying. Happy, huh? It is in memory of the Swiss Guards that came to aid the French during the French Revolution and were killed. The government in France felt bad that so many Swiss died for their cause when they had nothing to do with the war at hand. We walk to the top of Rigi and it's like being on top of the world - you have a perfect 360 of everything around you. On one side there are just mountains and on the the other, lakes and valleys. It's pure Switz.

It's cold, wind blowing, my hair is all in my mouth and I'm pretty chilled. There is a restaurant there that ...

Well today Hans, Regina and myself ventured to Lucerne to take a boat to the Mountains. The boat went along lake Lucerne and came to a tourist spot that we could take a tram sort of machone up a steep mountainside to see the nice scenery and to hike along a path that brought us to what I call the elevator in the sky. Ok I am not that afraid of heights but this made me ...
