... our chosen path took us to a point where a man was getting ready to paraglide. We joined a few other people waiting for him to take off, but he kept checking the wind by looking at a nearby flag and then taking a seat to wait. ... here and it's mind blowing - the mountains go on and on and it just never seems to end. We walk to the top of Rigi and it's like being on top of the world - you have a perfect 360 of everything around you. On one side there are just mountains and on the the other, lakes and valleys. It's pure Switz.

It's cold, wind blowing, my hair is all in my mouth and I'm pretty chilled. There is a restaurant there that ...

... Stopping at a local Migros, I found some Rosti, eggs and mushrooms, so here's to a "homemade" Swiss meal. Unfortunately, it didn't turn out too well...I thought it'd be hard to mess up, but when you're not in a fully equiped and stocked kitchen...well, you do what you can. According to the girl at reception, the rosti is supposed to look like that, but I just need to brown it more. Oh well. Boy I miss my mom's potato pancakes, ...
