Working on an organic farm! What an amazing experience. The last week had been great, learning soo much about permaculture and organic farming. ... of schnitzel you would like. I really enjoyed Schnitzelburg, so much in fact that after polishing off my schnitzel I helped the girls to finish off theirs. I'm not sure if it is the schnitzel, or if it is the sausage (from the pig), or if it is the beer but I seem to have picked up a slight ailment since we have been in Germany, I believe it is known as German Gut.
