I missed airman David and his company, but I did chat to a British policewoman I'd seen earlier in the week, a guy that distributes potatoes and some air cadets. I also got squeezed between some Dutch and Danish troops (lucky me!) and generally pushed a little harder when I needed to.

    ... half the walk planning what I would make my teenage son wear next year if he gets a place. He missed out on a ticket this year as the walk was nearly 8000 people oversubscribed. I settled on shiny pink lycra cycle shorts and a bow tie.

    Ok so the window cleaner called, didn't really hamper me that much just had to load bike and go. Ending up in Eindhoven after a delayed start, to much stuff, re jigging etc. Not to worry on our way now me and my little sowing machine!
